today & an answer

Today I was here...

A track meet...a middle school girls track meet to be exact. And I was there until this happened...

until after the sun had set.

It was technically the second time I've been able to make it to one of my hubby's track meets (But I'm not counting the first one because it was cold & rainy and I didn't stay long)

From the time he started coaching (before we were even engaged!) I had always thought I would be the "coach's wife" who did cool things for the team and what not. Turns out I don't have the time or the money, and honestly? the girls don't really care. HA! And let's really be honest and say that I'm really okay with that. It means that it's special when I get to go and I don't have to feel obligated to be there or to do something special. To be honest one more time? I think..no, no I'm SURE that the team would like my husband 50 times more than me. He's just that kinda guy. :)

Anyway back to this picture. If you are interested in playing along..here's what I did.

Made a duplicate file of the picture I wanted.

Cropped it down to a portion of the picture. (couple be a large portion or a small portion)

Saved the new file with a new filename (that doesn't give the picture away).
